Schedule

To view detailed information regarding an event, double click on the listing in the calendar.  To view a map to the event select the map link in the detailed information box.

Print a copy of the schedule.

To print a copy of the schedule follow the 5 easy steps listed below.

1. On the Calendar below, click the "Agenda" button.

2. Click on the printer icon.

3. A pop up window should open called "Calendar Print Preview", from that window select the desired dates in the "Print range" box

4. Be sure the "Print Description" box is checked, and the bottom check box Black and White (otherwise the titles maybe difficult to read). The remaining check boxes should have little effect on your printed copy.

5. Select "Print".  (Selecting "Save As" will save a copy of the schedule to your computer which can then be printed if you have difficulty printing from the print button.)

Use the upper left arrow buttons located on the calendar to scroll through months.

Events/rehearsals marked with a " (T) " are Tentative and will be confirmed when available.
